BPB with a donation for SOS Children’s Villages
The most successful local bank, BPB, has announced that it has recently donated to SOS Children’s Villages in Pristina.
BPB has donated packages of essential foods to SOS Children’s Villages to make it easier for the organization to provide children with the support and care it needs of its residents during this difficult time, when childcare is even more important.
The packages donated by BPB include the most essential foods, such as oil, flour, sugar and other foods needed by SOS Village residents. “We are all going through a difficult time, especially the most sensitive layer of our society – children.
Therefore, in the continuation of our social responsibility projects, during this time we are oriented towards helping and supporting children and organizations such as SOS Children’s Villages who are doing an extraordinary job to provide these children with the emotional support and care they need. “- said Fisnik Bokshi, marketing manager at BPB.
SOS Children’s Villages in Kosovo has been operating since 1999 and has already cared for more than 1,500 abandoned and needy children. SOS-Children’s Village, in the Velania neighborhood in Prishtina currently offers accommodation, care and education for over 500 children through 6 projects, such as: SOS-Family, Community Integrated Families, Family Empowerment Program, Youth House, Center for short-term and medium-term housing for children “Sun”, and Kindergarten.
