BPB with ‘contactless’ ATMs

BPB is the first bank in Kosovo to launch the NO CONTACT withdrawal technology, a fully digital, secure and a fast option of withdrawal. The main objective of the BPB, based on its strategy, is to develop and strengthen its position in the banking sector in Kosovo by providing integrated financial services and remaining a customer-oriented bank.

“Implementing this technology means faster and more convenient transactions for BPB clients. BPB is the first bank in Kosovo to implement this technology continually providing our clients with access to the most up-to-date banking solutions on the market, ”said Gazmend Rrustemi, BPB’s Chief Executive Officer.

“Contactless” service at ATMs is available to all our customers who are equipped with VISA cards that have the feature “Contactless” and these clients will be able to serve 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at ATMs of our bank only by bringing the card to the box where the “No contact” sign is marked and then typing the PIN. The rest of the transaction execution remains unchanged.
