BPB issued certificates to 40 students who successfully completed their internship in the bank

BPB is a modern institution which aims to consistently reform its HR policies by supporting the building of the future of new students and shaping their career. One of the ways BPB uses to achieve this is to enable students to conduct internships. In this way they are offered the opportunity to consolidate the theoretical knowledge through engaging in specific tasks on the basis of a specific training program.

As in past years, this year BPB opened its doors to offer opportunities to interested students who had the opportunity to perform practical work in all regions of Kosovo, including the departments within the Head Office.

As a result of the successful completion of the internship, which lasted 4 months (June to September), BPB issued certificates to around 40 interns who completed their internship at BPB and were part of the successful campaign for the Diaspora.

BPB will still continue to open its doors to students, so that they have the opportunity to apply their skills in a real working environment. All students will have the opportunity to participate in training which BPB organizes during the summer season specifically for interns, which is a perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience which helps to be better prepared for the job market.
