BPB appoints its new Chief Executive Officer

Mrs. Mimoza Godanci-Aliu to lead BPB towards new success in banking.

Following a transparent recruitment process, the Board of Directors has appointed Mrs. Mimoza Godanci-Aliu as Chief Executive Officer of BPB. Mrs. Godanci-Aliu will assume the new role on December 1 st , 2022. Mr. Ansis Grasmanis, Chairman of the Board of Directors at BPB thanked all the candidates who participated in the process and welcomed the new Chief Executive Officer.

Mrs. Godanci-Aliu started her career working for international organizations, to continue in the banking sector where over the years she amassed an extensive experience in various roles and positions in ProCredit group. Among others, she held the positions of the Deputy CEO in ProCredit Bank Albania, Deputy CEO in Procredit Bank Kosovo, Executive Director of ProCredit Academy for Eastern Europe in Macedonia, and Deputy CEO in Procredit Bank Macedonia. Starting in 2020, for two years she worked as a Project Manager in OneFor, a financial institution offering money transfer and payment services. Mrs. Mimoza Godanci-Aliu has graduated with a master’s degree in Economics from the Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom.
