Change your card’s PIN number at BpB ATM

If you wish to have an easier way to memorize your card’s PIN or you wish to change the PIN for any other reason, Banka për Biznes enables you to choose a PIN you desire and make the change of PIN yourself.

The procedure is simple:

1. Enter the card into ATM
2. Enter your current PIN
3. From the menu choose “Change PIN” option
4. Enter the new PIN
5. Confirm the new PIN
6. Take the confirmation receipt that ATM prints
