The Bank for Business – BpB in Kosovo, iscontinuously growing and expanding to bring to you products, services and the newest technology , including the Synergy Card.
What is the Synergy Card?
The S ynergy Card is a card issued by the Bank for Business - BpB, meaning that if you want to use it, you will always be requested to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN). The Synergy Card can be used in all ATM’s and POS’s of the BpB to carry out financial services
How does the Synergy Card work?
The S ynergy Card is available to all persons who have at least one operating account with the BpB.
As soon as you insert the Synergy Card in an ATM or POS, enter your PIN and you will be acquainted with the service you want to use.
What are the advantages of the Synergy Card?
The Bank for Business– BpB enables all its clients who use the Synergy Card to access their accounts/money 24/7, using the network of ATM’s and POS’s.
How to apply for a Synergy Card?
You can apply at all branches or sub-branches of the BpB Bank.
Changing the Synergy Card (reequipping)?
You can be reequipped with a Synergy Card, if:
- Your card is lost/stolen
- Your card is damaged
- You want to changeyour personal data, etc.
In case your card is lost/stolen, notify the nearest branch of the Bank for Business, or call 038 244 666-149.

Activation
and PIN set in card through ATM |
Remark – The first transaction when using a card at an ATM Machine must be entering the PIN. |
1. Insert the card in the ATM.
2. The following message is displayed:
“Please, choose your preferred language:
-Shqip
-Anglisht
You choose your preferred language.
3. The following message is displayed: “Please enter your PIN”. For the first time, because the card is new, the PIN may be “0000 ”.
4. After this, the options will be displayed:
“Changing the PIN”
“Balance”
“Withdrawal”
like in the picture below (click to enlarge).
To activate your card, you have to choose “Changing the PIN”.
5. The following request will be displayed on the screen: “Please enter your old PIN”. You have to enter “ 0000”.

Then, the next request will be: “Enter your new PIN”
You need to enter a PIN, a 4 digit number of your choice. Next, you will be requested to confirm.
New PIN. You have to enter it again in order to confirm it.
If you have not made any mistakes, the ATM machine will inform you that your PIN has successfully been changed and a message will be displayed showing that the PIN has successfully been changed: “PIN changed”
Then, the ATM machine will offer you to choose whether you want to conduct another transaction . If for the moment you do not want to conduct any other transactions, you select the appropriate button and your card will come out.
By following these steps, you have entered the PIN for your card. And, from this moment, your card has a new PIN and is activated. Every time you want to conduct a transaction using an ATM machine, you need to enter this PIN.
