The working hours of the Bank are from 08:00 – 18:30, Saturdays from 08:30 - 14:00.

In Prishtina, the counter monitor is located at “Nënë Tereza” street, in front of the “Grand” Hotel and is open from 08:00 - 19:00, Saturdays from 08:30 - 14:00.

Also, BpB offers cash withdrawal machines (ATM) and points of sales (POS), which you can use for financial services 24 hours a day.
