  • Sales Finance Loan

    Through this type of loan BPB finances the purchase of general consumption items sold by enterprises that are customers of BPB.

    How does it work? Loan disbursement is done into the customer's account and then transferred to the account of the company that collaborates with BPB and has a contract signed for financing sales. After this the customer can take the items/services financed by the loan.

  • Internal Payments

    Through BPB you can execute all these payments:

    • Taxes
    • Pension contributions
    • Court fees
    • Vehicle registration
    • Payments for identification cards, passports, different certificates, etc.

    KOS GIRO enables the payments for public services, and other payments, with no provision.

    • KEDS, PTK, Batllava, Hygiene, Termokos
    • Giro Payments are also made for customs and insurance companies.
  • National Transfers

    The transfers of your funds into other banks’ accounts (external transfers), based on you orders can be conducted:

    • Within a day;
    • Priority ones within 15 minutes;
    • Massive, for a considerable number of employees.

    Inter-bank transfers can also be carried out via our eBanking and mBanking services.

  • International Transfers

    BPB enables the execution of international incoming and outgoing transfers. These transfers are made more quickly and effectively after we joined the SWIFT.

    Additionally, BPB has expanded the network of the correspondent banks it operates with. Attached you may find the list of the main correspondent banks and the instructions for transferring money from abroad.

  • Direct Debit

    Direct Debit is a payment instrument with which the customer authorizes his/her bank through his/her company to withdraw funds directly from the bank account. This instrument provides a standardized and automated way that is suitable for regular and repetitive payments, ex. Bills of KEDS, water, etc.

    Upon customer’s request, direct debit can also be initiated by BPB.

Cards

BPB offers internationally accepted VISA cards. With these cards you can make withdrawals at any ATM or make payment at POS terminals, 24/7 both in your country and abroad.

  • VISA Classic-Deferred Debit Card is a new concept of debit card which does not charge your account for cash withdrawals or payment executions.

    Buy now, pay within the next 45 days with 0% interest! Through Visa Classic-Deferred Debit Card you can make purchases and pay the owed amount up to 15th of the following month, with zero interest free on the value of your purchases.

    • Conditions

      In order to obtain a Visa Classic Business-Deferred Debit Card you must have a current account registered in your name or in the name of your SME or corporation and have good credit history.

      At the time of application for this type of card, you can choose one of your current accounts to configure the withdrawal of the amount at a given time.

      Notification via SMS increases your security level! The holder of the card receives via SMS a notification after each transaction made and thus reduces the risks related to using the card, i.e. reduces the potential for misuse.

      Simple access to your bank account, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in more than 250 countries and over 950,000 ATMs / ATM terminal (terminal through which you can withdraw money in the local currency, following the successful identification of the user through a PIN code).

      Save time. Instead of wasting time at exchange offices, you can simply withdraw cash in the local currency at any ATM.

      Pay your restaurant and shopping bills through electronic terminals or points of sale – POS – simply by handing your card and entering your PIN (Personal Identification Number - PIN - which will be given to you along with the card, and which consists of four digits that you need to enter into the electronic POS terminal when using the card for user identification purposes). Using your Visa Card, you will be able to pay quickly, easily, comfortably and safely.

      An added value of the VISA Classic Business-Deferred Debit Card is the ability to make online purchases, hotel reservations or even purchases through online retailers.

      You will not have any cash-related problems when you plan your trips abroad. Travel with very little cash because you have access to your money everywhere and at any time.

      In case of theft or loss of the card - do not worry! All you need to do is notify us through our Call Centre on +381 (0) 38 620620 and 0800 50 000, which works 24 hours a day. The card will automatically be blocked and its use will be disabled. If you follow the rules applicable in these types of cases, you will not have any financial loss. This is one of the reasons why Visa Card is far more secure than cash.

      Do not worry about the variety of currencies (conversion, exchange rate). No matter what country you are in and no matter which currency you are paying with, the account that you have chosen to attach to your card will be debited for the amount spent. In the case of transactions in Euros, your account will be debited without any additional cost, with the exception of cash withdrawals from ATMs.

    • Terms

      All you have to do is collect an application form requesting the card at your nearest BPB branch and fill it out. The card will be ready for you within 2 weeks! Immediately after receiving the card, you must put your signature in designated space on the back of the card. Remember to keep secret your personal identification number (PIN). Do not carry it together with your card.

      When you make payments using your Visa Card, you will get a slip which you must sign. Keep a copy of the slip for your personal records. Always check the amount and currency on the slip before signing it! Once you use your card at an ATM remember to collect it when it pops back out, otherwise it will be withheld within the ATM for security reasons.

      Do not keep your card near the sources of electromagnetic radiation (batteries, cellular phones, radiators). Electronic information in the magnetic layer of the card can be erased or damaged, resulting in technical failure of the card.

      Before traveling abroad, please check your account balance! In case of changes to your personal data, any damage or technical failure of the card, or if you forget the personal identification number (PIN), please notify BPB staff at your nearest branch accordingly.

  • Visa Electron is a debit payment card which offers you the opportunity to withdraw cash from all BPB ATMs in the country and abroad, with no provision.

    ATM withdrawals at NLB Prishtina are charged with 0.20 euros for each withdrawal. While all other withdrawals from other banks' ATMs (in the country and abroad) are charged at 2.5% of the withdrawal amount, minimum 3.00 euro.

    This card is issued for a period of three years, while the period of validity expires on the last day of the month noted on the card’s front side. When changing the card, it is necessary to return your old Visa Electron, which will be destroyed in your presence by BPB staff and will then be replaced by a new card.

    • Conditions

      The only requirement for receiving a Visa Electron debit card is to have a current account with BPB. In case you do not have an account, use our favorable offers for new clients.

      You will be provided with a Username and Password that will enable you the access the service and, furthermore, when you apply for the full option, you will be provided with a Token.

      To refill a VALA mobile phone account:

      • Write the mobile phone number, leave a space, the amount which you want to top up and send the SMS to 50000. Example: "044xxxxxx 5" or "045xxxxxx 5" (for a 5€ top up)

      This can be done for the amounts of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 50€. *In addition to toping up your phone credit, you can also use this service to top up credit on other mobile numbers.

    • SMS TOP UP IPKO

      It enables you to top up your mobile phone, internet and digital television and packages of DUO TV and DUO FIX, by sending an SMS on 50000.

      To top up your IPKO mobile phone account:

      • Write the mobile phone number, leave a space, the amount which you want to top up and send the SMS to 5000. Example: " 049xxxxxx 5 " (for 5€ refill)
